No. Each app is deployed separately, so users sign in where that product is hosted. Permissions are enforced inside each app.

Modules use a shared SQL Server strategy with logical separation per app so backups and upgrades stay manageable.

Yes. Customer and staff roles are scoped to the right app and tenant; a Playground customer does not get Real Estate data by default.

When a module ships, enable it the same way you did for Real Estate or Playground—each new product still has its own deployment and sign-in.
